worthless

How to download Flash clips or movies from any site...........currently i'm using DownloadHelper 3.0.4 which is not working sometimes.......anything else......... I've also tried some other extensions......but they are worthless comparing to DownloadHelper.... Any recommendations...... :|

i earlier had Window XP in my C: ...later i installed Win Vista on D: ...both of them worked fin. But recently i reinstalled XP on my C: .... and now i cant see vista in my boot menu.... hv tried editing boot.ini in Xp but no use. Please help how can i get my Vista back though its still there...
