How can i downgrade to lollipop from M-fed up with MM.phone within warantee

I am using a HP made in usa laptop which has its warantee expired-HP India refused to renew it.what can i do now-i ve had a notorious experience with compaq laptops

i am going to upgrade my ram i have 256 two modules now. i have asked a familiar company who told 1gb ram for 4500rs. name he said is "irvine" some think like this with 3 years warantee is this good deal? regards
