upgraded?ram

I have a Compaq Presario C500 laptop.It came with WinXP preinstalled.But later I installed Vista Ultimate(Legal one),It runs even aero fine.But there's a prob.The score is just 2.0.Its runnin on a Core Duo processor T2060 512MB 533Mhz RAM, and IntelGMA950.The grafix performance sucks.Can anyone...
