Need to upgrade/buy new PC for under 15k
My friend is planning to upgrade/buy a new PC. His budget is between 10k-15k. PC would be mainly used for browsing and regular stuff. He is not much into gaming etc. So what configuration should we look for? I had suggested Core2Duo processor to him but he says he doesn't want to invest much...- ajayritik
