    Microsoft System Restore going #$%!$@#%!

    hey guys, i have a HP DV2114 laptop the problem with it is that whenever i try to restore my system with microsoft system restore it gives me an error (unspecified error) and the restoring fails. what could b the probable reason and the solution to it.
