unmovable

hi, i am in need of free space in C: pl look at ma scenario Total capacity=10GB Used space=7.03GB Free space=2.98GB But quite surprise Total size of all files in C: found to 3.93GB i used Deframent tool to analyse the C: i found a huge block of unmovable files found,How to get rid of them!!!
