temperatue

HI guys Basically i hav a p4 2.4 ghz procci (533 mhz fsb) which i recently oc'd to 2.53 ghz...when i see the processor temperatue from the bios menu, it shows it around 50 deg...but when i use everest 2006 it shows the temperatue around 34 deg...which one is right?? is there a software which...
