targetted

Hi geeks, I would like to buy a new system, please suggest me the best affordable configuration...[ amd or intl, which mb, which gfx card etc etc... [:D] ] I am a designer and is targetted to meet with flash, photoshop, 3dmax like apps. My budject is 35K~40K... pls help...
