swithes

i have a pentium 4 system with 845 chipset based motherboard n 128 RAM...... when i start the button of the cabinet the the CAbinet led (red)starts for a while then after 2-3 seconds the cabinet swithes off and there is no display either not even the BIOS sound... what should is do...
