surrent

Plz build me a cpu within Rs.15k. I only want to upgrade the cpu. It can be either aan Intel or an Amd based. It must posses a basic graphics card. Plz give the price and the company also. Also tell me whether i will be able to use my surrent PATA 40gb HDD with SATA II in the same m/b or not?
