Source adopting DST involves years of research n u have to consider hell lota things!! n here most of them didnt know wat was going on ..... very silly IMO for most european countries january sunrise n sunset is 8:00 AM n 4:00 PM approx. and June sunrise n sunset is 4:40 AM n 9:00 PM...
