How can I create a spreadsheet in which grids are not visible, like in the screenshot below (disabling grids completely makes grids not visible for every spreadsheet, I need it for separate spreadsheets): I would like to know the procedure in both OO calc and excel2007

Hello PC Geeks, I had created a program in Excel spreadsheet 4 years back and subsequently locked it with a password. Now after a long time I am unable to remember the password and the excel spreadsheet asks for the password to open. How to open the Excel worksheet now? Pls help
