Strange CPU Behaviour, Is Speedstep playing up or I am missing something ?
i5 3570k & MSI z77a g45 on Win7 x64 I was checking cpu-z and saw the cpu was running at 1.6Ghz which was expected as Speedstep is supposed to do that, when I switched to High Performance power mode the cpu went up to 3.4 Ghz, which again is normal and expected.
