    help me on broad band.....

    i hav a bsnl PPPOE broadband at home.... my modem connects on its own.... can anyone please tell me a software(freeware) which can keep track of the upload and download total data transfer..... plzzzzzzzzzz helpppppppp.........

    SHORTNING RINGTONES???

    My phone allows me to upload mid files not exceeding 40kb. i have some very good ringtones 2-3min long but are to large!!! Is their any software(freeware) by which i can reduce the ringtones length say to 30sec or 1min so as to reduce its size???
