simdock

I have downloaded Simdock now its a .tar.bz2 file plz tell me how to install it :D and steps how to treat installation files like this ;) Regards Also plz tell me hoiw to un-install an application from teminal.. Like sudo apt-get install xyz for files that are there in rep..so plz tell me...
