screeming

1) i want to get a 2.1 speaker for my PC . 2) Max budget is 1800 3) The only use of the speakers will be watching moves ... I dont listen to music 4) I live in a apartment , so i can never use high volume (neighbours come screeming at me) ... I need speakers that sound great...
