Hi everybody, Im using bsnl evdo data card. I get good speed but it keeps fluctuating every time. When I test my bandwidth from a bandwidth tester site I get bandwith upto 128mbps(from 300kbps but mostly(80%) above 5mbps). It also says that I can download at resulted bandwith speed. But my...
