regenerator

Dear Users, Is there any way to remove bad sector form HDD. I have Segate 160 Gb I have tried to remave bad sector by using HDD Regenerator.. HDD Regenerator shows 1 bad sector recovered but i did not think so.. is there any perfect way than this... please help me its urgent...
