suggest me best processor+mobo for around 6k....tight budget! both amd/Intel based. processor should be quad core.

Plz tell me friends which processors are good out of these two Quad series? I've to buy a Processor+MoBo combo from my new desktop. Can someone tellme a good combo around 15K with Asus P5Q series mobos? I'll be thankful!!
