proceeds

no matter what i try to install it takes way too long...... once i click on install, it starts immediately but is stuck at 0% for a long time(20-30mins) then it proceeds at normal speed..... but thats not the case with all the installations it happens for all the installations which use install...

Hi whenevr i try 2 update my sys using radarsync it sends some kind of information 2 some server but after that don't proceeds. I've tried it re-installing several times.
