from the digit may cd, i installed several programs including autopatcher. autopatcher inter-alia, installed 'powertoys'. but i found that i had also inadvertantly installed a program called 'powermenu' on my pc. it showed up in the start-up. so is powermenu (powermenu.exe) connected...
