pmp+iem

Hi, I have Nokia 101 and Zebronics PMP(bought @2K). But,battery of PMP dying. So,I need alternative for music. Should I buy a new earphone for mobile @500 ? Or,should I buy new PMP+IEM ? Sadly I can't spend too much. Budget 2-3K max for both. Please suggest and advise me!
