paritions

Hi, I don't understand this, why are the options for creating and deleting grayed out? I created more(fat32) using Linux, but only the first partition ( named Bootstick) is read by Windows, rest are not mounted at all. So I deleted all other paritions using Linux and now this. All I can do...
