paired

I have a FX8350. I'm thinking of getting the Sapphire HD 7970 3GB DDR5. I heard somewhere that this card is too powerful for 8350 and it'll bottleneck. Is it true? How do the FX8350 and 7970 perform when paired together?

Hope someone can help, i bought a MBS 100 bluetooth speaker for my phone and it is great, however i have tried to join it with my PC. My PC recognises the speaker and has paired to it, but when i play the music through my PC it doesn't transmit it to the speaker. Anyone got any ideas?? MJ
