p45-c51

dear guys, i bought a P45-C51 mobo one year ago,its running ok, but suddenly when i power on my pc then its shut down immediately,its holding power 7-8 sec.i replace smps and ram and i detach every thing but its not give any solution.i dont understand where is the prob, pls help guys
