I have a 2500k and its getting really heated up on load ( 72 - 80 c) So I am planning to buy nh-u12p se2 my bidget is 4k max Please provide your suggestion Thanks in advance

i am planning to overclock my cpu.my choices r 1)coolermaster v6gt(looks cool + fan holder is plastic so no chance of accidents) 2)noctua nh-u12p (very good cpu cooler) will the v6 gt fit with my dominator rams?(using 2,4,6 slots)
