Does anyone know of a cell phone that plays flac files natively, or otherwise, and preferably cheap.

I have an Airport Express Router for Sale. Price fixed at 3500/- for mumbai buyers only. Supports upto 10 users, wireless printing and audio streaming natively when stereo is connected to audio port of the router.
