Hi, Here's my problem: Some of the keyboard shortcuts in firefox have got permanently disabled (for eg: backspace for going back) Some others (like Ctr T for new tab) mysteriously stop working for some of the time. What's happening? Is is because of any extention? Please help

hey everyone, for a few days, whenever i click on the Turn Off button after logging in into my account my computer shuts down and then mysteriously restarts and runs a Checkdisk. only after the Checkdisk is over does my computer turn off eventually. if someone knows how to solve this...
