manufactures

Hi...............Everyone :D I want to assemble a new PC....now the problem is u have lots of different manufactures or companies products:confused:....Can anyone suggest me a Good Configuration .My Budget is 25 k:)

I am having a Compaq PC with XP OS and when I see the detail about my PC it shows someone else name, so How do I change the name of Owner in the system, not the manufacture's name.
