jitter

hi guys, my whole trouble started yesterday when my monitor screen started behaving strangely.it was jittering at random but otherwise it would work fine .. i updated my driver ,rechecked all the connection, formatted but no avail....i t would jitter even at bios screen so hard disk couldn't...
