well the topic name says most of it. on boot up only i see 2-3 IEXPLORER.RXE events running. If i try to En Process any ony, a new service LOGBAS~1.exe runs for 1-2 sec and the IEXPLORER.EXE coms back. Due to this commit charge is 250+ MB on bootup only, while on normal start it is 160 MB...
