Haryana Govt. will develop Sonipat as new hub...sounds to be a joke,but C.M. Hooda seems to be serious,as he has really developed Gurgaon a lot,but same goes for Sonipat too,i don't believe this,however Hooda promises to make Sonipat a future city,lets see!! Here's the link for news...
