gmax

I have a compaq presario V6000, windows vista basic loaded. I bought a gmax optical minimouse.. and it cant be recognized.. by it..and it dosent work though i see the light on. I didnt get any drivers with the mouse. Please help me. help me please... maybe its a problem in vista compatibility.
