Hi Everyone..... I have a P4 2.4GHz (478 pin) processor..... and an ASUS P4VP-MX MOBO. I wanted to change my MOBO as it did not have an 8X AGP slot and it was causing me huge display problems!!!! I went to buy a MOBO.... and retailer told me 478 pin processors are as good as obsolete...
