Display property is not opening...

Bluish Monitor-Help
The monitor shows a blue colour. Even upon reinstallation teh problem persists. The DOS text are shown as blue coloured font upon black background as default. Even in windows everything is upon a blue screen. Reinstallation of dispaly driver didnt help. Degauss failed to bring any effect. Plz help.- linardni
