DIrectDraw is disabled
Help me Yaar! i was using DirectX 9.0c.Last day i formatted the computer & tried to install DirectX.Even though everything went smoothly i was unable to play any games.But i can't enable DirectDraw through the diagonastic tool.- Glay Kent

Guys, It's giving the message '3D Hardware could not be initialized' and when i deselected 3D hardware , then it's giving this message 'Your computer does not have DirectDraw hardware'- pritish_kul2
