Windows apps purchase from Indian Debit cards
I'm not able to purchase any apps from Windows Apps due to the 3D transaction secure facility. Is there any other way around? I have a SBI debit (visa) card. Really Microsoft does not have an ounce of common sense.- rdx_halo
