Do Cheap Chargers damage/harm Mobile /Cell phone?
I recently bought a cheap mobile phone charger for Rs 60 from local mobile store for my LG Optimus Net. One thing I observed is when I have the mobile charging with this I can't operate it since I don't seem to unlock the phone. Its only after I unplug the charger can I access my mobile.
