what is the simplest and easy way of cropping a picture in windows 7 ??

Hi While watching a movie at home, I want each person (at max 5) to be able to hear through his/her headphone (wired/wireless). I have searched the net but nothing helpfull is cropping up. Can someone help me regarding this? Thanks Yogesh
