    How to ground yourself

    Hi guys, what is the best way to ground yourself? I see people saying to wear antistatic wrist straps and some say to plug in PSU and touch it. I don't really get which is the best way...:confused::confused:

    i have two local area networks containing 5-6 computers.The distance between the LAN's is approx 1-2km... Now i want to connect this two LAN's wirelessly....What type of equipments i need to do it?....I mean to say Access Point,Antena,router etc?...Which compnay is better D-link or Linksys...
