cmd.exe

I have already unchecked the option "Replace Command Prompt with Powershell" in Taskbar settings, but still when I right click within a folder only the PowerShell option is shown. How to replace it with Command Prompt? Or is it possible to add a shortcut to open command prompt with specific folder?

hello guys, does any know how to pipeline progs in c++?(if possible pls give a code snippet to pipeline cmd.exe) is there any cmdline cmmnd for hibernation?if yes wat is it? thnx.
