bps

hi folks .. bought a new ipod last week.. i use free ipo video convert to venvert files to mp4 at res of 320x240 at 1500 bit rate and audio 160 bps.. but when i play that in my ipod there wont be syncronized audio to the video .. video appears to be a bit slow than audio.. so what do i do now?

I have a Bsnl internet connection through a 56kbps modem (phoneline)... when ever I connect to the internet , the speed is 115200 bps = 115.2kbps which exceeds modem limits... howzzat ? *img232.imageshack.us/img232/841/howzzat3qq.png :P :?:

friends whenever i start a download in shareaza it remains pending ! and anyway if it gets active its transfer rate is only some bps like 123 or 456 max. Tell me what to do?
