bounced

Has anyone made sourcecode in VB to make an imagebox move in circle, or get bounced by certain angle depending upon incident angle, velocity etc?

I just got from a SAP career website that the admin has put my account on hold because it shows that the mails sent to me are bounced, but I'm recvn' all the mails without any hassles. :? :? What cud be the reason for it?
