processor over heating problem.

I bought Phenom II 955BE 3 days back and installed it with the provided TIM but now the temperature shoots to 80C.whole cabinet gets heated up.idle itself is at 46C.what to do guys?please help me.Thank you. here are the pics of hwinfo.
