Please Help! My Samsung SyncMaster 732nw cannot properly display the screen with full resolution(1440X900). The start menu is omitted from the screen. The quality of the images and text in the screen has also gone down. Am using 7300GS graphics card.

I want a cheap gfx card under Rs4000. I m not a hardcore gamer. High details is not necessary for me. 800x600 at medium settings is ok for me. Suggest me a card under 4k. Should I go for 7300GS? I have heard that Turbocache cannot be disabled and is a nuisance. So I dont know wether I should buy...
