Need a New Computer at around Rs.30,000

I'm now going to upgrade my six years old P4 rig. For the same I have a budget of Rs.30K. I'm thinking of the following config. Please let me know your thoughts on the same. I would use the computer for moderate gaming at moderate resolutions. Other than gaming, it would be used for GIMP work...
