I have Intel 915GAV motherboard with P4 processor and 7200GS PCI-E, since DDR rams are absolete I want to change only my motherboard & ram. Please suggest a good entry level motherboard that support DDR2 also my older hardware 7200GS graphics card & P4 processor.

On sale is an XFX 7200GS 256Mb bought on 29th Dec '07. Bought from Nehru Place carrying 3 years warranty from Rashi. OPN: PV-T72S-WAN7 New one goes for 1800/- so I guess 1300/- should be a fair price for an almost new card.

My friend has a xfx 7200gs 512MB(256 onboard and 256 mb shared). The card is 2 months old. He wants to sell it for 2.9k. Anyone?
