Cable internet acting strange.
Hi, I recently took a 512 KbPS unlimited plan from my local cable operator. Here is what I am getting Normally, it gives me 50-60KBps while downloading. But when I download from some specific sites, it gives me around 400-500KBps download rates. What can be the reason?? and can I...- satswid
