320mhz

hi guys i have a serious problem i am using 256 DDR RAM with 333 Mhz bus speed when i start my pc, in boot screen it show 256 mb, 320Mhz speed even in Bios it show only 320Mhz Not 333Mhz can anybody suggect where is the problem, in Ram module or mainboard or other hardware failure...
