203.93.56.xxx

Hi All, I have notice a very weird issue wrt my pc. When i do an "ipconfig /all", my ip address turns out to be 192.168.30.xxx However, when i go to grc.com to check my ports n stuff it says the IP is 203.93.56.xxx Even utorrent says my ip is 203.93.56.xxx. How is this possible?? Also, how...
